A4 Brass Quartet is a multi-award-winning chamber ensemble (including the Tunnell Trust Award) and is at the forefront of British brass chamber music. With their distinctive and lyrical playing they bring a new and energetic interpretation of chamber works. Their performance will include J.Strauss II Die Fledermaus Overture, J.S.Bach Little Fugue in G Minor, and various fun and seasonal pieces. | |

Liam makes a welcome return to his home city where he performed with Jambouree and Chansons. He won First Prize in the 2022 Clonter Opera Prize, and recently made his role debut’ as Conte Almaviva (Il barbiere di Siviglia), with Nevill Holt Opera. Accompanied by award winning British-Polish-German pianist Benjamin Mead, Liam will sing the Schumann Liederkreis Op 39 and Britten settings of the poems of Perth’s William Soutar interspersed with works by Purcell, Butterworth and Cheryl Frances-Hoad. | |

Edinburgh-born mezzo soprano Catriona Morison won the BBC Cardiff Singer of the World competition in 2017 and has gone on to become one of the world’s most celebrated singers admired for the warmth and radiancy of her voice. Malcolm Martineau is pianist of choice for countless respected vocalists worldwide and will accompany Catriona in a recital to include: Mahler Five Songs, Berlioz Les Nuits d’Été (excerpts), Ye Banks and Braes arr Claire Liddel and Burns’ songs arranged by Britten. | |

Philip is familiar to audiences as principal cellist of the Scottish Chamber Orchestra and is a passionate chamber musician. His performance with Perth born Alasdair, now both an acclaimed soloist and the regular chamber pianist for the celebrated Nash Ensemble, included Bach Sonata in G BWV 1027, Beethoven Sonata in F Op5, MacMillan Cello Sonata No.2 and Poulenc Cello Sonata PF 143. | |
